What will be the next group who will be targeted and discriminated against? should they refuse applications from employee's who are overweight and why not discourage older applicants who could have more health problems.And maybe they could ask them to fill a form about there sexual activities to filter the portion who would be consider high risk. What this hospital is doing is discriminating against a group of people and I would never had imagined that the public would not oppose such actions for the sake of human decency. Smokers are not criminals and should not be treated as such.
